The house is set in a quiet residential area and has a homey feel, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room, and a clean bathroom. You’ll also have access to a lovely garden, ideal for enjoying some fresh air.

Rent for the double room is £1000 per month with a deposit of £500. Rent for the single room is £850 per month with a deposit of £450. All bills are included.

Suitable for female lodgers only , as a female homeowner, I feel most comfortable sharing my home with another 2 females.

The location is convenient for local shops and transport links, offering excellent value while providing a welcoming and comfortable living environment.
