Spare single room in Uxbridge (UB8 2XX) fully finished. The property only has 1x other house mate in double room (and a rabbit in living room).

West Dragton station is approx 15 mins by bus and the Paddington is about a 20 minutes on the Elizabeth Line. 15 minute walk into Uxbridge town centre with access to shops, activities, food places, cinema, bowling and station. There is a Lidl about 7 minutes walk away (with some closer local off-licences). Brunel University is also on 15 minute walk but I am looking for a working professional mainly.

The room is NOT an ensuite so it is a shared bathroom. The property also has shared living/kitchen and opens into a shared mini garden.

Room includes: Ottoman single double bed, draws, wardrobe (happy to provide bedding, lining, pillows and towel set of wanted).

Kitchen includes: washing machine, airfryer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. Plus all cutlery/plates/glasses/pots/pans.

Living room has TV with firestick, dinning table with six chairs, small velvet blue sofa, TV shelf unit, rabbit hutch, light sticks.

Other Items: Hoover, Broom, Cloth Drying Racks, Washing Racks and more + small storage cupboards and rooms.

All bill are included (water, heating, internet) for £700.

The big thing to say though is I have a rabbit that runs around the living room.
