Double room in single occupancy large house

Double room with double bed and wardrobe, more storage space available if needed. On street parking with permit available. House is 10- 15 mins walking from Uxbridge Met line station, also 10 mins by bus to West Drayton on Elizabeth line.

Property is a 3 bed, 100sqm, semi detached house, there is only one other occupant in the property, me, live in landlord.

I mainly WFH at the moment, so rental would not really suit someone else who is also WFH.

I have a cat, which does potentially restrict other pet owners, as in she gets to decide if other pets can live here, and she is fussy.

On street parking available after applying for permit.

There is enough space in the house for us both to have our own personal space whilst also being social and friendly.
