We are non-smoking, pure vegetarian professionals who are looking to rent a room to pure vegetarian person. There are currently 4 people living in the 4 bedrooms mid-terraced house. (Share house with Brahmin gujarati vegetarian family)

The room:

• has a separate lock

The house facilities:
• Central heating and double glazed windows with 24 hours hot water
• Fully furnished with huge garden
• Kitchen fully fitted with fridge & freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine, dryer(winter time), microwave etc.
• Fast wireless broadband internet
• 2-minute walk to the bus stop
• 6-7 minute walk to tube station zone 3 for Bakerloo line (underground) and Overground (Euston within 17 minutes)
9-10 minute walk to Wembley stadium railway station (London Marylebone within 14 minutes)
• Free off road parking (except on event days)

You will have to share:
Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge & freezer, microwave, Dryer, washing machine, Garden and bathroom

Per week rent for:
Single room £145

The rent is for without food.
The rent includes all bills (gas, water, council tax, electricity, broadband internet)
Two weeks Deposits and one-week advance rent required
Household languages are Gujarati and English
Preference - Long term tenants!

We are looking for only pure vegetarian [No eggs and fish] person.
