Double room to rent in South Kenton in quiet residential street.
Living with two other girls that are early 30s, one from Scotland and one from New Zealand.
Our landlord is a chill older Aussie guy - he lives downstairs but has his own bathroom and kitchen, separate from us so we don’t interact much/share any space!
Rent is incredible value for money at only £565 per month including ALL bills!
We have a lovely garden great for BBQ’s.
We also currently have a spare room which is great for having friends stay.
