I'm looking for TWO LONG TERM HOUSEMATES for my 1700 square foot 4bed 3bath Town House in Wembley. One ensuite bedroom of superb quality will be occupied by each housemate. You will enjoy your exclusive space.

📅 Move-in date: 1st Sept 2026
📌 Minimum stay: 1 year
💰 Rent: £1200 per month (all bills included: high speed wifi etc)
🛏️ A double bed with comfortable, premium mattress
🛁 Your own private ensuite bathroom
🛋️ Aesthetic open-plan kitchen, dining and living area to share
☀️ Spacious, closeted wardrobe with option of desk & chair

The first ensuite bedroom measures 15.7 sq ft by 11.3 sq ft (not including its ensuite bathroom).

The second ensuite bedroom measures 15.7 sq ft by 10.2 sq ft (not including its ensuite bathroom).

Due to the limit of pictures hosts can upload on this platform, I was unable to upload photos showing the extended space at the front of the bedrooms. These photos show deep closeted wardrobes in each bedroom as well as space for desk and chair. If you would like to see these photos just message me.

I am currently away from London so have been unable to take a video of it to upload. I will do this shortly.

The road is seriously quiet. But very conveniently located to all desirable amenities. Neighbours are friendly, and it’s genuinely been a really nice place to live considering the busy activity of Wembley 🙂

My central nervous system feels optimised around women. I empathise and have patience with their general living habits 🙂. Hence my preference.
