5 minutes walk to Wembley Central Tube station, 8 minutes walk to Wembley Stadium. Bus Stops 10 meters away from the building. Building has elevator, 2 gyms, lounge, co-working space. Wembley High Street is 10 meters away.

Looking for a mature student or professional who treats the environment with respect and prefers a calm environment.

I am a Masters student at London Business School and sometimes work from home or go to campus. I am quiet, and respectful would prefer someone who doesn’t bring the party to the apartment. I like music, reading and food.

All utilities including WiFi are covered in the rental. No deposit required but rent needs be paid by the 29th of the preceding month. If you are not a student then council tax would need to be paid.

The apartment is covered under the current lease until the end of December 2026. After which it can be renewed or exited.
