Rent includes SHARED USE OF; kitchen to prepare meals, cook and eat, newly renovated walk-in shower room, toilet, allocated sections of the fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, grill, baking trays and tins, and microwave, allocated kitchen cupboards in the 1st floor kitchen, back garden including use of the washing line, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and materials, and cleaning fluids.

Rent is inclusive of utility bills including TV licence, gas, electricity, water. Rent does not include Council Tax which lodger has to contribute a small amount towards. Lodger can make their own private arrangement for Wifi with other occupants if willing.
