Double Room in Wembley Apartment

We're looking for a flatmate to take over a room in a modern 3-bedroom build-to-rent apartment in Wembley, as one of our flatmates left the country sadly.
The room has window to the balcony with a view of the Wembley Stadium, and has a shared kitchen and living area, and shared bathroom with one male flatmate.

The flat is part of UNCLE Wembley, and the building has free amenities incl. the gym, co-working space, residents lounge etc.
It is a 5-minute walk to Wembley Central Station (Bakerloo Line), and a short walk to the Wembley Stadium.

We the flatmates are one male in IT, one female in architecture. We welcome working professionals with stable income. Referencing with the building management is required for all residents.

Rent is £870 per month excluding bills.
Deposit is £1000.
