We’re two flatmates who’ve just secured a 3-bed, 3-bath apartment in Quay Walk and are looking for a third to join us.

Double room: £850 pcm + bills

Room available: A good-sized double with its own private bathroom just outside the room not shared with anyone else in the flat, exclusively for your use.

The building: Gym, concierge, resident lounge, co-working space, communal gardens, cinema room and a games/bowling area.

Location: Right between Wembley and Stonebridge Park (HA0 1BE). Bus stop directly outside, and Stonebridge Park station is a 7-8 minute walk. Easy access into central London.

The apartment: Fully furnished, great views, situated right by the canal.

A bit about us: I’m an Architect and my flatmate is a Revenue Analyst. We’re both easygoing, tidy, and keep to ourselves, looking for someone who fits into a calm, respectful household.

Move-in: Last week of September (some flexibility for the right person).
