We have a double room to rent in South Kenton! It’s on a quiet residential street and will be available on a fully furnished basis.

You’ll be living with two other girls (aged 26 & 30) - one from Scotland and one from Wales ✌️Our schedules are pretty different, but we love a wee chat/coffee/hang when we’re both home!

Our Landlord is a chill older Aussie guy who lives downstairs. He has his own bathroom and kitchen, separate from us so we don’t interact much/share any space! He’s also very quick to fix any maintenance issues 🔨🙏

Our Landlord is potentially selling in October 2027, though this hasn’t been confirmed yet. If it happens he’ll give plenty of notice!!

Rent is incredible value for money at only £565 per month including ALL bills! The deposit is £300 and the tenancy is rolling.

We have a lovely garden - great for BBQ’s - and plenty of space around the house.

17 minute walk to Northwick Park (Metropolitan line)
23 minute walk to Preston Road (Metropolitan line)

Great access to North West London, Watford and Central.
