I’m advertising on behalf of my daughter, who is withdrawing from her course, and Unite Students have confirmed that a replacement full‑time student can take over the tenancy immediately.

This is a direct tenancy takeover with Unite Students.
Once the new student signs via the booking link Unite provides, the room becomes theirs and the existing contract ends.

Eligibility

Unite Students require that the replacement tenant is:
a full‑time student
studying at any university (does not need to be University of Westminster)

Although Olympic Way is partnered with the University of Westminster, students from any London university can take the room — e. g. Middlesex, UCL, KCL, Imperial, City, Brunel, London Met, etc.
