✈️ Flexible living arrangement

I am likely to spend significant periods abroad, so there may be times when you have the rest of the flat largely or entirely to yourself.

This cannot be guaranteed for every period, as it will depend on my travel plans, but it is likely to be a significant advantage of the arrangement.
