Lovely Double Room in Modern Wembley Apartment

Hi everyone!
I'm moving out of my lovely flat in UNCLE Wembley, so I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in a beautiful, modern apartment!

The flat is really spacious, bright and comfortable, with a big living room and a large balcony with lovely views, which is especially nice during the warmer months. There's also an extra room for storing suitcases and other belongings, as well as a separate laundry room, so there's plenty of storage space!

The building itself is amazing and comes with some great facilities, including a free residents' gym, co-working spaces (perfect if you work from home), reception, roof top terraces and on-site security.
Location:
The flat is in UNCLE Wembley, just a short walk from Wembley Central station, with Bakerloo line, London Overground and National Rail connections, making it really easy to get around London.

The location is super convenient, with pretty much everything you need nearby! There are lots of shops, including Primark, TK Maxx, Tesco and Sainsbury's, as well as plenty of cafés, restaurants and local shops along Wembley High Road.

Wembley Park, BOXPARK and London Designer Outlet are also within easy reach if you fancy going out for food, shopping or drinks.

You'll be sharing with a lovely girl in her early 30s who works for the NHS. She's Italian, really friendly, easy-going and considerate, and genuinely great to live with!
She's sociable and always happy to have a chat or spend some time together, but also appreciates her own space and a relaxed, peaceful home after work.

We're ideally looking for a female working professional aged around 26–30 who's clean, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. Someone who enjoys keeping the flat nice and would like to make it feel like home.

Tenancy details:
We're flexible with the move-in date, as long as it's before the end of December. Moving in earlier is also possible, and we're happy to discuss what works best for everyone!

As a new tenancy agreement will be issued, both tenants will need to complete the building's standard referencing process, including employment and income checks.

I've really enjoyed living here and will definitely miss the flat and my lovely flatmate! It's such a lovely place to live, especially with all the facilities and everything so close by.
