A room is available for rent in a 3-bedroom flat in the very heart of Wembley, just steps away from the Outlet, Asda, and Lidl. The room is currently furnished with belongings from the previous tenant, but don’t worry – it’ll all be cleared out and freshly repainted before you move in.

There are always only 3 people living in the flat – it’s a peaceful, tidy place (with no mystery dishes left in the sink). I’m looking for a responsible, down-to-earth person (male or female) who values cleanliness, quiet, and order. Someone who cooks, works, and doesn’t collect clutter like it’s treasure.

✨ Bonus: A cleaner comes every week, so the place stays fresh and your mop can stay retired.

I moved in just a month ago myself, and there’s still quite a bit to sort out – especially in the garden (which currently looks more “wild jungle” than “urban oasis”) – but trust me, it’s going to be lovely soon! 😊
