Double room in friendly 2-person flatshare

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old data analyst who does some styling bits on the side. I’ve lived here happily for 5 years with a flatmate who is now moving out to live with her partner. I'd love to find a similar social and relaxed vibe again! I equally love girls nights watching movies on my projector as much as I love going out dancing or to the pub! Ofc, respect that everyone needs their alone time too. As a flatmate, I'm pretty easy going about most things so I'm looking for someone similar to me.

The Room: A bright, fully furnished double room with a closet and 2 sets of drawers. Plenty of space but also we have a laundry room with cupboard space that can be used too. There is desk space in the kitchen if you need to wfh any days, I work from my room and am pretty flexible about when i take lunch. Furniture could be rearranged to fit a small desk!

The Flat: Cosy living area/ kitchen, spacious closet and laundry room! We also have a big patio area that we share with the downstairs neighbours.

Location & Transport:
5 minute walk to Wembley Park underground with the Jubilee and Met Line. Jubilee line is 24/7 fridays and saturdays!
20 min tube journey to Kings Cross.
10 min walk to Wembley Stadium overground.
2 mins from closest bus stop.
5 minutes from the Asda Superstore.
Theres also a little 24 hour shop just down the road too in the walk from the station to the flat.

Rent: £815 per month (bills not included but usually avg around £50 a month each)

Deposit: £815
Move-in date: Available from 28th August but open to earlier!

1. Colour copy of passport and if necessary right to rent share code.
