Double room with en-suite

Hello!
My name is Benedetta, I’m Italian and I share a very beautiful flat in Wembley Park with my flatmate Leila. Our friend Yukta is moving so we’re looking for a replacement ☺️the house is very beautiful, very modern and brand new!

The room has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with the shower. Yukta is moving back at the beginning of September (around the 10th) and we’re looking for someone who’s interested to join us!

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a very nice living room, a kitchen, a balcony and a storage with washer/dryer.

Leila and I are very friendly, we respect each other’s space but we also like to do things together like watch movies, have dinner or going out for exhibitions or drinks or strolls around.

Bills are usually not included but they’re around £50 each per month.

The area is very nice, very well connected with the jubilee and metropolitan line. We live right in front of the stadium but it’s not noisy at all (we have great windows!!!) we have the LDO outlet very close, many supermarkets and restaurants around.

The building has 24 hours concierge, a parcel storage, a communal room, a secret room we can rent for parties or dinners, a gym, a garden and a beautiful terrace with barbecues.
