I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my room in a two-bed flat. First of all, the flat is equipped with modern kitchen equipment, including an oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave. On top of that, plenty of storage is provided for all your clothing, kitchenware, etc. The flat is on the 7th floor, and there are two lifts. The accommodation itself has great facilities, including a large laundry room, a cinema room, a gym, and a large study area with multiple pods. The staff are nice as well; they are very helpful and arrange repairs immediately. So when I had a small issue, it would be fixed within a day.

The location is very nice. Wembley Park is a newly developed area, so lots of facilities are available, such as pubs, Boxpark, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Costco, McDonald's, and a designer outlet. It is also close to Wembley Central, whose population is mainly Indian, so it is very nice to eat out there.

In terms of transport, underground, trains and busses are available. Jubilee- and Metropolitan line take around 15 min to get to central London. While the busses provide a great connection to Wembley Central. Despite Wembley being further away from central, it is still very easy to commute to other parts of London.

-Rent is in 7 instalments: £2.057.85 x 6 times, and the last instalment is £1.371.90
-You need to be a student! No exceptions can be made since it is a student accommodation. Please show proof of student status
-You will be my tenancy replacement. The accommodation (Unite Students) itself provides the contract and will support the transition.
