I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my double room in a modern 3-bedroom flat 🌸

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate, preferably aged 20–30 and working full-time, to take over my tenancy.
• Move-In Date: 1st September

The remaining flatmates are 1 male (24) and 1 female (24), both super friendly, and professionals

The bathroom is shared with 1 male. The flat also has a spacious shared living room with a TV, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Rent: £1,034
Bills: approx. £165 total (£55 per person, Wi-Fi included)

The current tenancy runs until 1 December, with the option to renew.
