I viewed a 2-bed, 2-bath property recently in Wembley Park (the walk to the station is 5-7 mins).

It's a flat. Wooden flooring throughout; you get a private bathroom with the large bedroom. The furniture can be removed if required by the rental agent (but you will need to bring your own replacement).
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, balcony, and a view of Wembley Stadium arch from bedroom and living room balcony (lovely view, and it also has a small chair and table to have coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the sun).

Move-in date: The flat is available from now.

Rent including bills is 1250 (bills come to approx 150 as per the agent I did the viewing with).

There is street parking as well if required (permit needed for event days).

I am keen to find a suitable flatmate and sign and pay the deposit quickly as the flat is really good.

About me: Preethi (NHS worker), I’m currently based in North London and moving to West London as I’ve changed hospitals. I’m tidy and love a good cuppa/ glass of vino (balance is key) after a long day. Whenever I’m in Central London, I spend my time with bakery crawls, cinema, and exploring the city (next dinner/ cocktail spot). I’m keen to share the flat with someone who’d be up to having occasional flat dinners, board games/ movie nights when time permits, but also having their alone time as well.
