Looking for a flatmate for our Three Bedroom

We have a three bedroom that we have offered on and looking for a roommate to take one of the room.

The rent is £1000 without bills but bills we are all splitting three ways and should not be more than 120-150 a month.

Move in date is end of September and we have already paid the reposit.

Before move in, you would need to pay 428 which includes holding and reposit and then your one month rent which will be cheaper for the first month since the holding deposit will be deducted.

Its in a development called Uncle Wembley and you will find a private gym, pool, basketball court, padel, etc.

Good opportunity for someone to jump into a new flat and make a home with us.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and professional. Our only criteria is that you be mindful and respectful of the common spaces and if you are choosing to have guests over including partners, to give us a heads up (we both are in relationships and will do the same).

Other than that we are extremely laid back and work long hours so if you are working from home, you will the place to yourselves for a while!
