I’m looking for a flatmate in a spacious flat in Wembley Park.
YOUR ROOM
It’s a double room which comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and curtains. The bathroom shown in the pictures is pretty much yours as my room has an ensuite.
THE FLAT
There’s a large furnished lounge with sofa, tv etc. There is an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and all the basics (kettle, toaster, microwave). The flat is on the first floor. The building has a lift.
It’s a 10 minute walk to Wembley Park Station, which has the Metropolitan Line and Jubilee Line and about a 10 minute bus journey to the Bakerloo Line and Overground. There’s supermarkets, cafes and boxpark within walking distance.
ABOUT ME
I’m 31, work full time. I’m mostly office based, with 1 or 2 days working from home. I’m fairly social, active and clean. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s friendly, clean and a similar vibe.
Rent is £800 per month including bills (electricity, water, council tax and internet) Move in date is flexible.
