I'm moving out and looking for someone to take my place in a bright and cosy ensuite bedroom in the heart of Wembley Park. Only a few minutes walk away from Wembley Park station where there is the jubilee and the metropolitan lines.
Part of a two bed two bath flat.
Quite and comfortable location and housemate.
Bills not included but the existing housemate helps sort all that out. No water bills for a couple months as we're in credit for being overcharged previously.
Bills amount to about £50pm (excluding council tax, we are band D).
Conveniently located near a co-op, Tesco's, Sainsbury's and other local shops.
The house is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed and mattress. As I'm moving out I have a few bits of mine to sell (chest of drawers, bedside tables and some storage boxes) so whoever moves in can look to see if they're happy to keep it instead of look to buy new items.
