I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Quintain Living – Ferrum, Wembley Park, as I’ll be moving back to India.

It’s a quiet and modern living arrangement with a separate private bathroom, and the property has excellent facilities. The move-in date is 6 October.

💷 Monthly cost: £1,428 total, including:

* £1,265 rent
* £93 council tax
* £70 utilities
* Wi-Fi, water & electricity included
* Gym and other building facilities included

Initial payment: £4,987.69 total for the apartment, which is divided by 2, including the deposit. This covers 6 October – 5 November.

The following payment will be approximately £1,964 ÷ 2 + prorated utilities, covering 6 November – 30 November, due by 1 November. After that, the regular monthly payment will be approximately £2,530 ÷ 2 = £1,265, plus the £93 council tax and £70 utilities, making it £1,428 per month.

📍 Location is excellent: Wembley Park Station is only around a 4-minute walk away, with bus connections, grocery shops, restaurants and designer outlets all nearby.

The building also regularly hosts events and activities, including perfume-making workshops, networking events, rooftop/open-roof events, Sky Terrace access and more.
