A double room is free from 10 December in a modern two bed Quintain Living flat on Olympic Way, minutes from the stadium, the arena and the Tube. The flat is furnished, EPC rated B, and warm all winter with community heating. Broadband is included, so you can arrive with a suitcase and settle in the same day. You will get your own bathroom which is right outside the room with a bathtub.
Rent is £1,350 a month plus £70 for utilities, the deposit is £1,500, and council tax is Brent band D, split between us. I’m a natural extrovert, but I do like my alone time, which is when I’ll be in my room, so the shared space is yours to use as you please.
