The annex includes own front door, en-suite, bedroom, living room and conservatory/dining room and therefore is not shared. The recently refurbished kitchen with own seperate access, which includes a washer drier is shared, but you will have access to your own cupboards/fridge/freezer. Access to the annex is via the shared garden.

The kitchen will be shared with a Husband and Wife couple, no children.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.
