Light and bright double en-suite attic room available in our lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk to West Wickham station, with easy links via the 119 bus to East Croydon and Bromley. Street parking available outside. Plenty of wardrobe space and views towards London.

A bit about us:
We’re Darren (37) and Alice (43), a married couple. Darren works in HR and enjoys sport, music and running. Alice works in travel, plays piano and is a former music teacher. We both love the theatre, a good Netflix series, and cooking — although we’re definitely more “enthusiastic home cooks” than Gordon Ramsay.

Home life here is pretty calm and cosy. Our drinking and partying days are long behind us, so most nights we’re relaxing at home and in bed by 10pm unless we’re out at a theatre show or concert. We both work from home several days a week. At weekends, we like to entertain friends and family.

We also have two cats, Wallace and Albert, so we’re ideally looking for a fellow cat lover (without pets of their own).

We’d love to find someone friendly, tidy and respectful who’s looking for a relaxed non-smoking home rather than a party house.
