We have a recently refurbished extra large loft ensuite room becoming available soon. It has a king size bed, 3.7m wide built in wardrobe, large desk, sofa, media unit, 55inch Samsung 4k TV included, eaves storage and a large ensuite with a walk in shower.

We also have another good sized large double ensuite room with ample storage space and a desk becoming on the 18th of June..

THE HOUSE

The house comes fully furnished with a large shared kitchen diner and a living room with a 55-inch Samsung smart UHD TV and 1 GB Ultra fast business grade wifi throughout.

The kitchen has a range cooker with 7 burners and 3 ovens and all kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.

The high spec boiler with pressurised hot water system will ensure hot water is available at all times while keeping the house nice and cosy in the winter.

All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your own safety.

Weekly cleaning of communal spaces and gardener as required.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The enclosed garden with patio is perfect to relax in on a summers day. It includes built in outdoor furniture, Weber charcoal BBQ and a lockable shed.

PARKING

Off street parking is available on the large drive at the front of the house which also includes secure bike storage.

THE BORING STUFF

Electric, water, gas, a communal TV license and council tax are all included.
