The house is located on a quiet residential street, between Hounslow and Whitton train stations, with a similar walking distance to both of around 15 minutes. The room would suit someone respectful, tidy, independent and looking for a peaceful place to live.

This would be especially suitable for a student or young professional who values a quiet, safe and welcoming home environment. The household has a calm routine, so I am looking for someone considerate, reliable and comfortable living in a home rather than a party house or busy flat share.

The rent includes bills, WiFi and weekly cleaning of the room and bathroom. You would have access to the kitchen, with your own space in the fridge and cupboard. Food is not included, so you would be responsible for buying your own groceries and preparing your own meals.
