Looking for a tidy full-time working professional woman to join our lovely 3-bedroom, bungalow in Whitton from July. It has on-street parking (with free permit needed), lovely garden, and it’s newly decorated. It has one shared bathroom.

The property is in a great location - just a 3 minute walk from Whitton train station. Trains take 15 mins to Clapham Junction or 29 mins to Waterloo. There are plenty of bus routes to Richmond, Hammersmith, Kingston and Heathrow. Plus it’s a stones throw from Whitton high street with its usual mix of cafes, restaurants, nail bars, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl.

You’ll be sharing with one full time tidy female (22) who is starting an internship in London.

Female Landlord dips in overnight 1-2 nights a week for days out in London, gardening and continuing minor upgrades.

The room is bright with lots of natural light, and is for single occupancy. It can be fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Or if you’d like to bring your own items we’d try to accommodate.

We're both friendly, tidy, and respectful of each other's space, and we enjoy having a relaxed and comfortable home environment.

Rent is £900 per calendar month plus bills. Or £990 no bills , if it’s going to be fixed short term.
Bills normally come to £110-£120 pcm.
