We have a good sized neutral décor double room available, which has lovely views of the surrounding area.
There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and down lights throughout the house with gas central heating and carpet. The room has a large Juliet balcony with lots of light.
There is a top floor modern, fully tiled beautiful presented shower/toilet room with under floor heating and towel rail, mirror.

The kitchen is large, bright, modern with integrated appliances, lots of cupboards, draws and surface space.

This is a family home so you would be sharing with myself, my partner and my children (girls aged 23 years & 13 years)

We are a relaxed, clean and tidy close family with no pets.

We are looking for a friendly, full time professional/students/PostGrads who in return is also tidy and clean and who is looking for a quiet home, a bright room in a safe environment and who wants their own privacy (no working from home pls) and someone who can relate, understands and respect our family's space and environment.

No couples, pets, guests or sleep overs and no parties will be accepted.

Location is excellent, literally 10/15 min walk/bus to Woodford London Underground station (Central line) and a good selection of local amenities, i. e. Co-op & Costa coffee, cafes and restaurants and nature parks.

Room available from June 2024. Single female preferred and rate is £852 inclusive with a 5 weeks deposit required. Employers and Landlord References , proof of income and Right to Rent documents will be required.

Short-Lets & Monday to Friday can be considered - Rate TBC

One months termination notice (both side) required.

There is plenty street parking available.
