Large double room with big bay window, built in wardrobe, in a modern detached converted bungalow that backs right onto Epping Forest, with great views. The room is part unfurnished with a bed and chest of draws.

The house has 2 other bedrooms. The upstairs room has an en-suite so the bathroom we are renting will be shared with 1 other house mate. We have a large open plan living room and dining room on ground level with own bath/shower, great kitchen, double garage and big garden. Off street parking for 4 cars and excellent links to Central Line and Overground.

The two of us are working professionals, one in education and the other in management. It is a chilled and very friendly house that's always kept clean and tidy. We enjoy live music, the gym, playing and watching a range of sports and travelling.

We are looking for someone like-minded who ideally can commit medium/long term.
