2026 double room with own bathroom - female pref

To clarify the house is NOT a multi let so your bathroom wouldn’t be shared by anyone else.

The closest station is Chigwell underground (central line) and there is driveway parking available too.

Mostly important to me is that you be someone who is able to look after the room and bathroom as if it were you own, to be courteous, considerate, clean and tidy of all areas you use and respect guidelines.

I am essentially looking for someone that I can trust to look after my 3 year old Frenchie when I am not around. The more able you are to do so the lower the monthly rental amount can be. If you are unable to help at all then this wouldn't be a good fit for us.
Also ideally not someone that spends all their free time in their room. We all need down time of course but this should be done infrequently.
