To clarify the house is NOT a multi let property so the bathroom wouldn’t be shared.
I’m the only other person here and have a ensuite shower in my bedroom.
The closest station is Chigwell underground (central line).
The house is a detached 4 bedroom property on a small road close to forest and greenery, a small high street. Off road parking is also available.
Mostly important to me is the candidate should be someone who is able to look after the room and bathroom as their own, they should be courteous, considerate, clean and tidy. Ideally someone that doesn't need to work from home or at least not too often.
Preference will be given to anyone that is friendly, polite, well mannered and likes dogs as I have a 1 year old French Bulldog.
A NO guests rule applies for first 6months of moving in and NO smoking throughout. Hope that’s ok.
