Private first floor - one double room and one single, you will also have your own bathroom, and a living area with kitchenette. All rooms are furnished. No access to the garden.

Council tax, bills and WiFi are included at a total cost of £1650 per month. We are looking for a single person or a couple to occupy the full area - no house share.

The property is located on a quiet residential street, just 4 minutes walk to bus stops and in close proximity to many amenities and takeaways/restaurants including Co-Op, Costa, newsagents, butchers.

It is under 20 minute walk from Woodford Station (or a 2 minute bus ride) - 10 minutes into Stratford, and half an hour into Oxford Street.

We are looking for someone who is clean and takes pride in the space they live in - respectful and considerate of those around them.
