Private first floor - one double room and one single, you will also have your own bathroom, and a living area with kitchen. All rooms are furnished. No access to the garden.

Council tax, bills and WiFi are included at a total cost of £1650 per month. We are looking for a single person or a couple to occupy the full area - no house share.

The property is located on a quiet residential street, just 4 minutes walk to bus stops and in close proximity to many amenities and takeaways/restaurants including Co-Op, Costa, newsagents, butchers.

It is a 20 minute walk from Woodford Station (or a 2 minute bus ride), less than 15 minutes into Stratford, and half an hour into Oxford Street.

We are looking for someone who is clean and takes pride in the space they live in - respectful and considerate of those around them.
