Desk area with drawer and shelving. It's very bright as it's south facing. It’s also very warm (as is the rest of the house) with good heating.

The property is just a short walk (10-15) from Woodford tube station it is just 5 stops away from Stratford station which takes 12mins. It will take you 20 mins to get to Liverpool Street.

You will share a brand new upstairs bathroom, though my room has an ensuite so you will have sole access in the mornings.
