We have a lovely double bedroom to let in our home. Myself, my partner and my adult son live here with our Boxer dog. We welcome people of all genders, sexual orientation, ethnicities and religions.
The double bedroom is fully furnished and has a smart tv already in there to use if you so wish. The bathroom would be shared with my son and the kitchen diner and living space would be shared with us all.
It is a ten minute walk to our local station, Highams Park, which is on the London overground weaver line and gets you into Liverpool street in 25 minutes and Walthamstow Central in 6 minutes.
There is parking on our street and it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are minutes from Highams Park lake and our garden backs onto Epping Forest.
