Great double room available in a beautiful cottage styled house with a garden. Wireless internet connection and satellite television. Huge bathroom and kitchen. Nearest tube: Chigwell or Woodford (30 mins into Oxford Circus on the Central line). Stratford is less than 10 minutes away on the Central line so this is ideal for someone who works in these areas but wants to live in a much more beautiful and exclusive location (Chigwell has been described by Charles Dickens as "the greatest place on earth" and is very posh and scenic with many celebrities living here including Sir Alan Sugar, Jermaine Dafoe, Dave Gahan, Ashley Cole just to name a few).

The available room is a small double room and is offered at a fabulous rate of £130 a week and includes ALL BILLS (subject to fair usage) including super fast fibre optic internet so you can watch movies or play video games without any problem. Please be advised that if you work primarily from home (or are a student) the rate will differ as bills would be higher. The rate may also differ if it is short-term.

Occasional visitors are allowed however the room is for one person (not two people) and any overnight visitors will incur a small charge.

The area is very quiet and picturesque with the Chigwell golf club and convent nearby. You can benefit from many local amenities including superb restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, pubs, bars, local parks and leisure centres, all within close walking distance from the property.

The house is spacious with lots of storage. Free on-street parking.
