We have a wonderful double room available in our beautiful house in Worcester Park with large back garden, conservatory/kitchen combo, two toilets and two living rooms! (We are also in the process of creating a home gym in our garden summer house!)

All bills included including fast 1gb fibre optic WiFi, TV, Netflix, Disney+, council tax, gas, electricity & water. (and a PS5 if you like your gaming!) 🤓

The area is quiet and there is space for your car on the driveway. It's a 30 second walk to The Hamptons; a lovely park with a middle America setting. If you're a fan of horses, a short walk further there are fields with beautiful mares you can pet. Local shop 5 minute walk; ALDI/Sainsburys/etc. a further 10 minutes.

Worcester Park Station is a 20 minute walk away and has a direct train line between Guildford and Waterloo every 30 minutes.

There are three of us living here currently. We are looking for a new housemate to enjoy the space with and have a great time! - We are all very social, outgoing and relaxed people into video games and music!
