Single furnished bedroom with private bathroom

Hello, I am looking for a lodger to rent a single room that comes with a private bathroom in my home in Worcester Park close to New Malden, Kingston, Sutton, Morden & Wimbledon - 12 minute walk from Worcester Park station or a 5 minute walk to the shops & the 213 bus stop & fast SL7 to Heathrow via Kingston & Teddington.

The room contains a single bed, wardrobe with chest of drawers, desk, chair, under the table fridge & kettle but you may also have use of my kitchen as long as you’re happy to clean up after yourself. £170 per week including bills & internet.

There is also space for a car if you have one on my driveway and you are welcome to enjoy the garden but I do keep my living room for my own private use.

Short term let up to 6 months & available from now. Please message me if you’re interested and I can give you my contact number to discuss further.

If you may be interested in longer term let that can be negotiated but the price would need to be a bit higher because of the additional Council Tax.

Or, if you are only looking for Monday - Friday lodging then the price could be brought down and adjusted accordingly. The security deposit could also be negotiated if necessary.

Just to let you know that I have some mobility difficulties at the moment due to a bad knee but otherwise I am a very young 80 year old. I am of Indian heritage but I have lived in the UK for almost 60 years now.
