The house is in a quiet residential area, around a 15-minute walk from Worcester Park station, with excellent transport links to Kingston, Epsom, Wimbledon and Central London. It’s an ideal location for someone working locally or studying at Kingston University.
The room is bright, fully furnished and includes all bills, Wi-Fi and parking.
I live here with my 8-year-old daughter, so I’m looking for a female lodger who is respectful, tidy and happy living in a peaceful family home. This would suit someone who enjoys a calm, clean environment rather than a party house.
