I am a live in landlord who has a room to let in a 4 bed house. There are currently 2 professionals working 9-5pm living here, and I will be leaving the last room spare for tenants to have guests (on approval).
The house has recently been renovated with everything being installed in the last 6 months. The room available is fully furnished with brand new carpets. The lodger will have access to a main bathroom to share with 1 as there is an en-suite. We also have a lovely garden and new decking. This is a home and not a house to regularly have guests around. We like to keep things clean and tidy.
The house is located on Yarburgh st, which is located on Alexandera Park. Travel into the city is as easy as a 30min walk or 15min bus (20) at rush hour from the end of the road around 200m. Taxis to town or the airport come in as little as 2mins and will get you into town in 10mins or the airport 20min.
Guests can move in as soon as practical.
