It's a genuinely great flat, a bit much for me alone given the size and location, so sharing with a housemate just makes sense. I run my own business in the music industry, so my hours can be irregular, but I work from home a lot and keep home as a proper sanctuary rather than another workplace. I'm clean, tidy and easy going, and looking for the same, someone settled, considerate, and happy with a quiet, low-drama household.
