It's a really nice place and being such a great location and size, it is a bit expensive by myself. Housemates make a house so I'm always up for hanging out and debriefing the week with housemates and the apartment is plenty big enough when you want your own space.

I'm a business owner working in the music industry. So my working hrs can be all over the place but I work from home as much as I can. I'm very clean, tidy and easy going and I look for the same in my housemates. As my work life can be hectic I like home to be a bit of a sanctuary. I’ve lived with guy and girl housemates so I don’t really have a preference, as long as you’re clean, respectful and look after the place.
