Seeking sporty/active/social housemates

I am in the process of completing the purchase of a high spec flat close to the centre of Altrincham (on track to complete in the first week of June). The flat should be ready for occupation sometime in July +/-.

Will be renting out two rooms.

I am seeking housemates that like sport (participating and watching) in particular rugby/ hockey/ cricket/tennis/ running/ watersports/ skiing/ gym or similar.

Being sociable (actually chatting to your flatmates rather than gaming etc. in your room) is important. Also keen to find people who can cook and enjoy house suppers when time allows.

The flat will be very high spec and kept clean (will be engaging a weekly cleaner) but it is important that housemates respect "nice stuff" and clean up after themselves and pull their weight on taking bins out etc.

Two rooms will be for rent. Room 1 (master) is ensuite and will be £900 / month inclusive of bills. Room 2 is a decent double with a bathroom in the hall. It will rent for £750 a month inclusive of bills.

I will take room 3 but only visit occasionally (probably two nights a week for 7 months a year), so most of the time this will be a two person house share.

There is allocated off street parking.

The rent will include the following: council tax, water, electric, gas, broadband, Netflix, Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, cleaning and communal items like toilet paper, Fairy, washing powder, herbs/spices etc. that it is a hassle to buy separately.

Going for "healthy vibes" so no smokers or drug users). I love dogs but it is a no pet property. Male housemates preferred and no full time "couples" (sorry). Overnight visits of course fine but not moving in permanently and partners having their own key to come and go as that is a different vibe.

Another bonus: We have quite a fun houseshare "alum" group (people thave have moved out/moved in with gf and similar) and we see each other occasionally an organise an annual ski trip.

Once we have met (in person or video) I am happy to offer up former housemates as referees (and in turn I will want to speak to people who have lived with you). Deciding who you share with his important!
