Seeking sporty/active/social housemates

Seeking flatmates for a houseshare a short walk from Altrincham Market, town centre and metro line stop. Easy commute to the City Centre but live somewhere calmer with more fresh air and off street parking for weekend getaways.

The flat vibe is professional / social /sporty.

Professional: you will be a young professional but students are welcome also but this is not a 7 night a week "party house".

Social: we are looking for people that want to get to know their housemates and do activities together (cooking, runs, pub) although of course we all have our own things going on as well. Gamers who spend most of their time online in their room, this is not the house for you sorry.

Sporty: your housemate (and previous housemates) are very active: think gym and running for day to day fitness but also hockey/tennis/kitesurfing/wakeboarding/rugby/skiing/padel/cricket etc. etc. Lots of sport on TV as well. If that sounds like you then you will fit in great. Football is OK haha but there will be a fight over the TV remote if there is a fixture clash on with rugby or cricket!

The house also has a bit of an entrepreneurship vibe. If you have founded a business or are interested in doing so then there will be plenty to talk on and maybe help each other with.

The rent will include the following: council tax, water, electric, gas, broadband, Netflix, Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, cleaning and communal items like toilet paper, Fairy, washing powder, herbs/spices etc. that it is a hassle to buy separately. Also a cleaner who I will seek to arrange to come fortnightly (holidays etc. excepted).

The flat has allocated off street parking.
