REQUIREMENTS?
You will need to be in full time work or education. 5 weeks' deposit + 1 month's rent is required in accordance with new renting guidelines. Candidates will be required to submit credit and reference information to NRLA who perform reference checks. Guarantors and advance payments considered. Deposits are registered and protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). No move-in fees.
