Double Room with En Suite in Ancoats

Hi All,

My housemate is moving out from our flat in Cotton Field Wharf at the end of April.

The flat is situated right on Ancoats Marina. The room available has an en-suite and there there is a large open plan living room/ kitchen. The rent is £575 pm and the bills are around £170 pm. The room itself is un-furnished.

The rent also includes the use of the gym facilities within the building and there is a 24 hour concierge service, there is no parking space unfortunately.

The flat is very close to the Northern Quarter and Ancoats Cutting Room Square so there are lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There’s also Pollen bakery, Cask bar and Flawd Wine bar on the Marina.

I'm looking for a social professional to move in who preferably does not work from home. A bit about me, I currently work for BBC Sport in Media City and enjoy playing sport, running, gym. I'm also into music, fashion design and the being creative. and like to watch a good series with a few glasses of wine.
