I currently live with my girlfriend in a very modern 3 bedroom townhouse all en-suite situated over 2 floors in New Islington (by Ancoats) in Manchester City Centre.

We also live with our very friendly small dog Milo (a jackahuahua). We are both professionals, working full time jobs in analytical chemistry roles. We have one lodger currently living with us and we have room for a second one.

We have 1 bedroom for rent with a newly renovated ensuite, a pulldown wall bed ( size: double) freeing up space in the room if needed and a TV (including full sky package) on the ground floor.

We also have a contract with a professional cleaner that cleans the room and en-suite every 2 weeks, free of charge.

Kitchen and living room are upstairs on the first floor. We also have a small balcony with patio heaters for some much needed fresh air and a small outdoor space on the ground floor for sitting out. We also have a utility room next to the bedroom, equipped with a washing machine and brand new samsung tumbledryer as well as an extra fridge freezer.

Transport links: We are a short walk away from Piccadilly train station and New Islington tram stop is round the corner.

We are looking for friendly and social/active people but also independent that like to keep things clean. We have all the usual stuff; internet, TV, etc.

£945 pcm rent

£945 deposit upfront (to secure the room and take it off spare rooms)

All bills included: (energy, council tax, internet, water, full sky TV package - all channels including sky sports and TNT sports and TV license, service charge and biweekly professional.
