Huge king-size bedroom in a beautifully renovated mill-conversion apartment in Royal Mills, Ancoats, just a few minutes’ walk from Cutting Room Square, New Islington Marina and the Northern Quarter.

The flat will primarily be shared between just two people, as I’ll only be staying in the third bedroom on the odd occasion.

The flat is finished to a high standard, with loads of character, high ceilings and plenty of space.

The room includes:

* Plenty of floor space

You’ll have sole use of the main bathroom, apart from the occasional times I’m staying in the third bedroom.

There is also a third bedroom / spare room which may be available for occasional use with prior agreement when I’m not staying, for example if you have a guest or need some extra space.

The other bedroom in the flat has its own en-suite, so in practice both bedrooms have their own bathroom setup.

Rent: £1,000 pcm

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other professional, with me occasionally staying in the third bedroom.
