Large room with bathroom in Ancoats

House:
Townhouse on a quiet street overlooking the canal. 5-minute walk to Ancoats Marina. Has a garden with lots of space. Has a dishwasher, a big fridge, and everything for the kitchen. Washer & separate dryer and fast wifi. We have the 2nd floor and the room to rent on the 1st floor. No parking, but you can get a free on-street parking permit. All bills included, and we'll get the household stuff, so there'll always be bin bags.

The Room:
Double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers and a desk. Has a small balcony. The bathroom is separate; we have one upstairs, so you’ll be the only one using it regularly.

US:
Chilled gay couple, one works from home, one part-time in London. Tend to be at the gym and cooking most evenings. Weekends are hanging out with friends, doing some DIY projects and travelling. Like good coffee, theatre, a cocktail and the Aldi middle aisle.

You:
Chilled, tidy, and know how to unload a dishwasher.

Current housemate is moving in with his partner, so free from August bank holiday.
