Large room + bathroom in Ancoats Townhouse

House:
Townhouse in New Islington on a quiet street overlooking the canal. It's a 5-minute walk to Ancoats Marina, 15 minutes to Piccadilly Station. Has a garden with lots of space. Have a dishwasher, a big fridge, and everything for the kitchen. Washer & separate dryer, fast wifi and a hammock. We have the 2nd floor and the room to rent on the 1st floor. No parking with the house, but you might be able to rent one from a neighbour or get an on-street parking permit . All bills inc, and we'll get the household stuff, so there'll always be bin bags.

The Room:
Large double room, furnished with a wardrobe, chests of drawers and a desk. Has a small balcony and lots of light. The bathroom is separate; we have one upstairs, so you’ll be the only one using it regularly.

US:
Chilled couple, One works from home full-time, one part-time in London. Tend to be at the gym and cooking most evenings. Weekends are hanging out with friends, doing some DIY projects and travelling. Like good coffee, theatre, a cocktail and the Aldi middle aisle.

You:
Chilled, tidy, and know how to unload a dishwasher.

Current housemate moving in with his partner so some flexibility on the date but will do viewings end of June.
