Looking for flatmate in Lampwick Quay :)

My flatmate is moving out so i'm looking for someone to take over when they do!
Also happy to look for somewhere else together.
Current flatmate is female and this is preferred as most of my friends are galsss!
So ideally girlies or lgbtq+

The flat is 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite and a v nice kitchen and lounge.

All the bills are already set up - electricity, water, internet, council tax etc. There's an onsite gym and bike storage and a car park.

Massive telly and lovely furniture already in the shared areas which are mine.

I work in marketing & branding and I'm also a big creative! (photo/video/dj)

I also get Parklife and WHP guest list ;)

I'm pretty clean and loooove to cook so expect some banging food. Love going for bevs, to gigs, clubs, festivals etc but also down to just eat lots of snacks and watch shite on the telly.

I’ve recently started acrobatics?! And love going for a walk/swim/hike in nature.

Looking for someone who is sound and lgbtq+ friendly. Definitely someone I can be mates with and not just co exist.
