The flat is located right next to Cutting Room Square in Ancoats, 12min walk from Piccadilly Station, 5min from Piccadilly Gardens, and 5min from the Northern Quarter.

The building is managed by Anco & Co if you wanted to check out their website. There is an Aldi/Co-op/tesco express 5min away from the flat and a General Ancoats Store just outside the flat.

There is a 24h concierge at reception (on hand to accept all parcels being delivered) as well as a cinema room. There's also a rooftop terrace that can be booked for private events.

The room itself is spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

It's a quiet flat and feels a lot further away from the city centre than it is.
I have lived here for several years and my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.

We keep the common area clean and tidy as this is important to us and I wish to keep this going.

I would like to find someone who is easy to chat to when we cross paths and also considerate as a flatmate - I go to bed early on weeknights as those are literal school nights for me (!) and wake up early as well, as a result I would like this to be respected.
